I’m sorry that you are having difficulty. However, I’m not prepared to accept the item for return. I tested it before it was shipped, so whatever is wrong has happened after it left me. You say that it was not damaged in transit, so the problem has started after you received it. Therefore, I’m afraid that the item cannot be returned and you must get it repaired yourself.

Also, if you used a charger other than the one supplied, then I cannot be held responsible for any damage.

Please ensure that you use a minidisc other than those from me. It is always possible that it is the discs that are faulty and not the player. If the discs are faulty, then I will issue a small refund to cover them.

I’m sorry for the trouble, but I sent you a fully working minidisc player. If it is not now working, then it is not my responsibility to resolve the issue.
